Q4: Do the paintings arrive framed or unframed?

A: To give you maximum flexibility and ensure safe transit, we offer our paintings both as rolled canvas (unframed) or stretched/framed. You can select your preferred presentation option directly on each product page.

Q5: How do you protect the artwork during shipping?

A: We take immense care in packaging. Unframed canvases are rolled securely in heavy-duty protective tubes. Stretched or framed paintings are wrapped in layers of protective bubble wrap, corner guards, and shipped inside sturdy, custom-fit wooden crates or heavy cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Q6: How should I care for and clean my Lifafanorde oil painting?

A: Oil paintings are incredibly durable and built to last generations. To clean your painting, simply dust it gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth or a natural feather duster. Never use water, chemical cleaners, or damp cloths, and avoid hanging the artwork in direct, harsh sunlight or highly humid areas.

A: Because our artwork is purely handcrafted and requires proper drying time before safe transport, production times can vary. Typically, a painting takes 2 to 4 weeks to be completed, fully dried, and prepared for shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number the moment it departs our studio.

A: Yes, we bring art to spaces all over the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork, both of which will be calculated at checkout.

Q10: What is your return policy if the painting doesn't fit my space?

A: We want you to love the energy your new painting brings to your home. If a piece doesn't fit your space quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for standard collection pieces, provided the artwork is returned in its original packaging and condition.
